Staying here was an absolute treat! My daughter and I loved the cooking class we took at the Mercato Centrale, where we learned to make traditional Italian dishes. The room was spacious, and the lively atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Florence.
In my wife's opinion, more variety at breakfast would be nice.

The location nailed it for me, just a short walk to Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace. The room felt spacious and included a mini kitchen, which really helped with family meals. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh pastries delivered each morning. The evening happy hour in the lobby led to some nice interactions. Staff provided excellent recommendations for local dining and were welcoming throughout our stay. However, I noticed a musty odor when arriving on the second floor, though it faded once we got to our room. I loved the luxury of Acqua di Parma bath products in the bathroom. While the daily housekeeping was generally good, a few details were overlooked. Little touches like complimentary drinks really made the stay more enjoyable. I'd definitely stay here again despite the minor issues.
